Pros
The Center I worked at was a former brinks/broadview call center and when ADT bought it, the culture was carried over. Everyone got along and would also be friends outside of work. We could count on each other and management was very flexible (as long as you didn't take advantage). Overall I loved working for brinks/broadview.
Cons
But as time went on the ADT way started to set in. ADT understaffed our center causing horrible wait times. Management didn't know what would come next and you could tell. Everyone was on edge and the brinks culture died. ADT is only about the profits. They care nothing about employees or customers.
