      - Great location - Nice office

      Cons

      - Politics: leaders are selected by the SDA church organization. Sometimes they are not even qualified. -Nepotism: a lot of people with the same last names. Uncles hiring nieces and nephews, parents hiring children, husband getting wife on board, etc.
