I spent 9 months literally begging for training. They said it was learn as you go. The issue is I was asking for training on Abra policies and procedures… they had no training method for that at all. But would bring you in the office anytime you didn’t do something the way they wanted and lecture you on messing up. Kind of hard to know you’re doing something wrong if they refuse to give you the tools to do it right. Setting your employees up to fail is failing as a manager.

Taking time off was easy Great co workers

Cons

Management: Toxic attitude to customers Very rude to employees Holds people back from true potential Disorganized Holds grudges Gets upset when product needs to be ordered Will not take advice or criticism lightly Expects too much and you can never do enough UPPER MANAGEMENT IS NO BETTER. This specific position should be labeled as “underpaid janitor” you’re the bottom of the barrel. I do not recommend this job/company or position to anyone.
