Just ok - Anonymous employee ABRA Auto Body & Glass Employee Review

This is a large company so it might be different in some areas. I’ve been with the company since before the big investment company got involved and now merging with caliber collision. There is a huge disconnect from employees to management at all levels. Glass and body divisions operate like a feuding family. At all levels it’s common to belittle others and their performance. Ridiculous expectations. My direct supervisor treats his employees like second class people, is not involved. Way too much changing of employees, leads to no one being on the same page.
