Pros

You get bonuses. Get weekends off.

Cons

The CSM is always the fall guy. No matter what happens, the CSM will always be blamed. The company promises raises every 6 months but don't actually give any. The bonuses, at maximum, are about $80 in a month. They say they hire from within but in order for that to happen, you have to have a whole shop behind you ready to quit if they don't hire from within.

Taking time off was easy Great co workers

Cons

Management: Toxic attitude to customers Very rude to employees Holds people back from true potential Disorganized Holds grudges Gets upset when product needs to be ordered Will not take advice or criticism lightly Expects too much and you can never do enough UPPER MANAGEMENT IS NO BETTER. This specific position should be labeled as “underpaid janitor” you’re the bottom of the barrel. I do not recommend this job/company or position to anyone.
