      Speaking from my experience it was great. Decent pay, great benefits, very flexible, worklife balance, and just about everyone was friendly and had a lot to learn from. I left for another opportunity but the grass isn't always greener.

      With any bigger company, bureaucracy. Little advancement

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
