      Amazing friendly co-workers and management were amazing Mark J. especially was a great boss who gave me alot of opportunities to to grow within the company. After covid, all jobs became remote which is great for anyone looking for flexibility. Great incentive program in addition to pay. Hard to be fired they work with you to make sure environment is great

      Every other department is high stress high call volume

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
