Pros
Pay rate was solid and overtime incentive was often available but after my experience with them as a former FT employee, I strongly look elsewhere
Cons
Honestly AAA is not a company to put your effort and time into. Management primary focuses on your COR referrals (money) but when you bring to their attention about issues you have, they will purposely ignore those issues and don’t provide a solution. The supervisors/management will not have your best interest and are some of the most shadiest people I’ve encountered. When it comes to helping members in roadside, understand you’re going to have more bad days than good due to members being upset constantly. The call volume is pretty heavy on an everyday basis and those strains can potentially lead to health problems down the road for you. Your monthly scorecards can be reached if you work consistently however if you exceed over your targets, they will question you and assume your rushing you your calls when you’re not. the scorecard metric system is a joke. If things are outside of your control, be prepared to get suspended and then fired no matter how good your performance is. AAA has a very high turnover rate and employees normal are out of the company within a few weeks even months.
