Management is a massive problem. They've created an incredibly toxic corporate culture that is very pervasive. It's nepotism at its finest with people in leadership roles that are barely qualified to lead a Cub Scout pack. Management did not offer much support for travel staff during the COVID pandemic, instead mocking employees and dismissing concerns when employees were forced back into offices without proper safeguards or protections. The decision to do this was made by Management, directors, and VPs who could work from home without fear of contracting a highly contagious, potentially deadly virus and spreading it to loved ones at home. It really showed how valued front line employees truly are and it was my final straw with a company that had incredible expectations for little compensation. Yeah they say you get incentives to justify the low hourly wage but it's a field where the goal posts continually move and coaching is a joke. Avoid this hypocritical, toxic company at all costs.
