Pros

Great work-life balance. Friendly coworkers. Good benefits. Decent starting pay and opportunities for over time. Opportunity to earn sales incentives if able to meet or exceed departments goals.

Cons

The job itself. The goals tend to be unrealistic or really hard to achieve. Rather than helping our members, everything seems to be about numbers and sales. Extremely repetitive. You are graded on a call flow, which does not always go as planned. Shift selection, where you chose your top favorite shifts that you would like to work is based off of those performances and goals. Technology and computer programs need to be updated. Different departments for every little thing. Stressful. High turnover rate.

Pros

Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

Cons

Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
