Cons

Pros

Emma has a history of hiring amazing people and cultivating a thriving culture. The office is conveniently located. The company has a good reputation in Nashville.

Cons

It pains me to say it, but dishonest leadership. Low morale among employees, especially those who have watched the changes over the last year.
