Emma is an amazing company and from what I can tell is on an incredible journey to being even bigger, better and brighter. Overall senior leaders are smart, focused and a joy to work with. Joey Humke is single handedly the best leader I've ever worked under. I've never felt more capable, trusted and motivated as a sales person. He cares about his team's professional development and person happiness more genuinely than any leader I've had. In general, the people at Emma are Nashville's best.

Cons

Lots of change and some times a little uncertainty but trust in the process and everything will turn out better for it.
