Brilliant team mates that truly cared about doing a good job.

Cons

Horrendous leadership. No clear forward planning or demonstration of business understanding. Decisions made based on personal opinions and biases that have catastrophic consequences both for the business and employees. A true case of “if your face fits”

Company calls itself start up and international while it is true to some extent, there are some serious issues in company managmenT. Few unqualified people are trying to control things which they dont understand creating lotof confusion and stop for the growth
