Competitive salary, great benefits (HMO for yourself and 2 dependents, VLs and SLs available on Day 1), super young and Gen Z company culture, free shuttle services!

Cons

I heard they just went through a lay off so they might not be accepting new employees. Also, job security is hard in start-ups.

- most of the leads doesn't have experience or maturity - confusing and bad strategic decisions - career opportunities based on friendship/network - lack of appreciation for good leadership - low-performing employees are not removed
