      People are really focused on becoming better and helping the company grow. Dynamic and vibrant environment. Still a lot of areas to be improved but good thing the leaders are open to listen and act on the important ones.

      Cons

      Work can be intense and challenging at first, would require some adjustment but great place for people who like to keep things fresh and challenging. Communication between offices can still be improved.
