      Too much chaos and no compensation

      Pros

      Multicultural environment with people from diverse backgrounds. Overall people are really cool and nice to work with

      Cons

      Salaries are too low compared to other companies and the working environment is not nice. Every department is understaffed; too many things are going on simultaneously. The company grew a lot but still has no processes, everything is a mess, and the direction changes all the time. Most people are terribly miserable and want to quit

      Pros

      Good team and office environment You can get a lot of big responsibilities and manage big numbers since the very start no matter what level you might begin in, that can allow you to grow professionally quicker than at any other company; so make the most out of it while you are there (they will do the same) before you face the cons.

      Cons

      Constant internal teams re-structuring that leads to poor communication, collaboration, and assignment to tasks that you did not ask for or foresee doing when you joined Below your market salaries if you start under senior level Frankfurt office located next to the worst neighborhood in the city Rarely a few people have worked there (if not their first job!) or in the sector for +3 years, so don’t expect to learn much or have the best guidance from your team lead (with exceptions)

      - deep-end learning from day one - fast paced and agile environment - plenty of material to help your learning - amazing people that will make you feel welcomed instantly
