      Trust in Senior Leadership is taking a dip

      Pros

      Pay is bad if you're junior, good if you're around middle management level, Healthcare benefits, but minimal benefits aside from that Good people culture Great people

      Cons

      Trust in senior leadership has constantly been going down the past year Opportunities to grow and for salary increases are stagnating The vibes have been really bad the few months, with uncertainties about more lay-offs No effort is done on retaining people (which is exacerbated by the fact that most knowledge is with people since there is not a lot of good documentation)

      Incompetent Leadership and Unproductive Work Environment

      I can't think of much, really.

      Cons

      Emma Sleep is one of the most unproductive places I have ever worked. The level of incompetence among the C-level executives is staggering, leading to a chaotic and inefficient work environment. If you're looking for a place where leadership is lacking and productivity is low, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more organized and professional workplace.

      Great Culture and Environment but Questionable Management

      Pros

      Great and young atmosphere/community Competitive pay and benefits Employee engagement (monthly parties, interest group budgets, etc.) Learned a lot, entrepreneurial, business, etc.

      Cons

      Always firefighting!!, no clear structure and always on short-term pivots and actions, no long-term strategy or at least it's not communicated, no clear transparency, layoffs are sudden without warning (they say metrics are getting better but then removes 18% of their people), wrong people get recognized and get promoted, unstructured
