      fast-paced unlimited growth opportunities unlimited learning opportunities ownership

      Cons

      lack of some processes and guidance at times, but this shouldn't be a problem for self-driven and ambitious team members Not the highest salaries (pretty competitive for start ups) yet if you are here for the salary then you have the wrong objectives
