      Genuinely agile and fast growing organisation full of smart friendly people

      Pros

      Fast paced company that is surprisingly agile for the size with lots of opportunity to take ownership of any opportunities that you spot. Very good onboarding procedure, even during COVID times. Encouraged to share ideas and plans early, this results in useful feedback before, during and after committing to projects. Friendly and diverse environment full of people from all over the world with a very high level of English speaking. Clear idea of the company culture which is well presented during onboarding and is followed closely by the teams. Objectives and priorities for the company are clear with a good level of transparency on how the company overall is performing. Supportive approach to testing and trying new ideas. Challenging senior leaders is actively encouraged and has positive results based on what I have seen so far.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are slightly below average for Frankfurt but expected to improve during 2021. Computers are not great. The amount of possible tasks that need to be done - this is not really a con but does require very careful prioritisation.

      Great recruiting process

      Pros

      Extremely dynamic and efficient recruiting, you spend one morning with different persons from Emma to gain a good insight of the company.

      Cons

      As can be expected for a young company, not the best salaries on the job market.
