Low pay and Egocentric company---Great for interns to get their start---Horrible for experienced professionals.
Pros
Freedom to come up with your own ideas and an international workplace. Lots of good people here trying to do their best. Free beer and fun parties before Corona, who knows if that will come back.
Cons
Leadership backstabbing one another to move up the food chain using their employees as scapegoats. No training whatsoever. Did I say EGOS in leadership. Low pay, based on which country you are from. Pay is also based on whether you know German or not. They leverage this against you in deciding your pay. Even though the lingua franca in the company is English. If this is your only job offer go for it. However if your debating between Emma and another company then I think you are better of elsewhere. I've seen a lot of good people leave the company due to poor leadership & borderline harassment.
