      Work environment is very healthy. The workplace is very inclusive, and everyone really helps each other to grow. Your insights are valued and I've never felt inferior! Compensation is good, too :)

      Pros

      My second company and so far my favourite. Very start-up like, but people think and debate in a structured way. Respectful colleagues inspire me every day.

      Cons

      Multinational company so there's a little friction in terms of remote boarding, but mostly because our team is relatively new. Still refreshing experience.
