Pros

Good enough pay for Manila

Cons

Avoid Emma if you're a fresh grad - there's a problematic lack of proper leadership and people development. Turnover rates are really high and people come and go really quickly. Culture is toxic, it isn't a safe place to make mistakes, and people are pit against each other. There is no opportunity to upskill or develop as a professional, C-Levels are uninvolved and hands-off for markets that are developing, and are genuinely unaware of the bad, hostile behavior of their managers

Pros

- For those satisfied with beer, fruit and party this can be a good place to work; - Young professional will benefit from information access to diferent teams;

Cons

Company culture and environment is toxic, over competitive and unfair. Some reason for that: - Toxic information flow coming from top management puts people against each other; - The company is ok with unclear or lack of procedures. But will blame you for not doing something, even if there was nobody assigned for that. It is name as "take ownership"; - There will be tons of extra (unpaid) working hours. They call it "take ownership" too. - Appreciation is something you rarely see. Since you are always expected to go the extra mile, you are always in debt. C-levels will always make clear you are not enough; - Leaders are promoted most of the cases based on their ability to do calculation. No soft/people skills are considered. High management (including C-levels) usually have no ability to develop their employees and are very professionally immature; - Its common to hear synical comments or arrogant communication from heads; - Hire and fire policy. This is why you will always find lots of open positions; - P&O team (don't ever say HR in meetings) has no power. Everything will be decided based on CEO's perception.
