Emma is fast growing company, so is great to start your carreer and learn as fast as you can by doing things and experimenting.

Cons

Is not the best place for managers/seniors. The leaders don't have any people skills, the decision making doesn't consider numbers or the employee experience, the wrong people receive the credit for the work, no benefits, huge workload and pressure for results.
