Management was a nightmare. If you don’t work a lot of overtime management passes you over when it’s time for a raise. Human Resources is a joke and I never could figure out what they did other than walk around for show or walk people out after being fired. HR doesn’t help with any pay inquiries, they won’t even show you they pay scale. This place will work you to death and give you little to no recognition of any form including pay. If you leave the odds are likely they’ll list you as not eligible for rehire unless you’re in pretty good with higher management. I gave two weeks notice after working there for three and a half years then they suddenly offered to pay me more to keep me around but wanted to get an attitude about it. After discussing the new pay and taking one night to think it over I decided it wasn’t enough to keep me there so I refused the offer and told them I was standing with my 2 week notice that I gave them and since it didn’t sit well they essentially black listed me for rehire.
