      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, specially for those located in Sao Jose dos Campos. Very agressive company regarding new trends. Company in good health

      Cons

      HR weak. No salary gowth for managers. Salary police not really clear for managers and the carrer opportunities is far to be the best in class.

      Pros

      Nice product portfolio, good for ones starting on the carreer, initial salary is good, after a certain while raises are rare.

      Cons

      Meritocracy not taken much into consideration, carreer plan completely disregarded. Too many hours work a day (44 hours per week)

      It is a good start, but....

      Pros

      It is a great place to start your career. It has several training opportunities. It is perhaps the only place in Brazil where engineering is done at a high level and in large scale.

      Cons

      It is difficult to move among different positions. Once you reach a certain level it gets even more difficult as the salary increases and very few opportunities are given to the ones with experience (and have the highest salaries). The company has no policy for expatriation so the company misses the opportunity to create a truly globalized environment (with workers from abroad in Brazil and vice-versa). We usually say that the company is a "multi-local" company, instead of a multinational company, as it is in several countries, but the sites are all segregated.
