Pros
Good and friendly people, nothing more. Good products and technology. Good restaurant, pharmacy on site only in the headquarter. Parking.
Cons
Company managed by fear, leadership under remunerated, no autonomy to make decisions, cost reduction is the main driver for everything, leadership salary reduction to increase the profit, 60-80 work hours per week. Salary is unbalanced, engineers have bigger salary than leaders. Used to be a great company, now is modern slave company. Process are designed to control people's life, there is no trust inside the company. Benefits are unbalanced comparing all sites.
