      World renowned High Tech Aerospace industry, with competitive products and professional work environment developing complex projects with increasing system engineering approach. Valued teamwork and career plans.

      Cons

      Brazilian political and economic environment, plus union conflicts and the absence of national competitors are not on the employee side. Lack of career movement may depend on scarce opportunities.

      Pros

      Company is growing and the hangar is nice to work in.

      Cons

      They still need to figure some things out. If you're a good tech it's hard to be promoted because they need you down the line. A lot of people slack off and nobody is held accountable and other have to pick up their slack.

      Great product, give you proud to work with. Many internal opportunities, even by working in different projects, and change roles.

      Changes sometimes take a while to happen. Bonus policy should be better.
