Very interesting work. It is really something to be proud of if you like technichal challenges and product development . In Brazil, this kind of job is rare to found.

Cons

The management thinks that only the positive aspects described above will keep the employee motivated, despite the fact there is no career evolution, no rise in salaries due to hard work and merit.

Great Benefits, Awesome people at the floor level. reasonable pay, opportunities to learn and expand for those that want it. Management is constantly trying to improve things as they go....I believe they are learning too.

Cons

Management could use more organization and planning ahead. communication needs BIG improvements. This company at this location has the potential to be GREAT, once management gets things figured out. They are young and are working on getting things together.
