      Pros

      Decent benefits, though not as good as they used to be. There are still some good people to work with/for, but they are rapidly leaving or are being pushed out by the politics, practices, or organization culture of the parent company.

      Cons

      Little to no advancement opportunities and far too much expatriation from the parent company.
