      Pros

      The pay is more than competitors and they have profit sharing. They treat the employees to BBQ's and lunch's often. Have in house wellness. Have a "Good idea: program where you receive $50 to spend online and a certificate and are recognized by the CEO in front of co-workers. Also dinner out and for instance a Cirque De Solei show all expenses and transportation provdided. Plus much more. Awesome work culture.

      There are plenty of opportunities

      Cons

      The opportunities seem to be only for Men or Brazilians women are not viewed as good leaders. Do not be a go getter as a women in this company you will be cut down and never advance. They promote friends that are unskilled for many positions.

      Pros

      Cool jets other than that, there are not many pros. They have good benefits.

      Cons

      From the top down, no one knows what anyone is doing. Management is always worried about being fired so there are no decisions made and if something does not go well they will throw anyone under the bus to save themselves. People are put into positions and have no experience in that area - it's a complete mess. People leave or get fired all the time. It's an HR nightmare.
