The ability to work from home with equipment provided

Cons

There is 0 collaboration between departments. Likely you will not have sufficient technology to complete all of your job functions with ease. There is SO much red tape from senior leadership before changes are established. I do not feel like part of a team. I've voiced complaints on things and can tell they would rather have silent employees. Overworked.

Compensation could be better across the board. Upper management is good for the most part; however, communication between the company and individual locations/units needs improvement.
