Don't Do it

Pros

Nice office location Weekly Pay - Let's be honest, I jumped at the offer because they gave me every penny I asked for, but I paid for it dearly. I have never worked for a more passive aggressive team. It's almost embarrassing having to jump ship after less than a year, but I left for a more reputable company with better pay + benefits and name recognition. I couldn't be happier.

Cons

Healthcare is terrible Management terrible - Top heavy management and firings left and right of senior level employees

Pros

Non. Where I work is fantastic but the company terrible

Cons

No organisation Leave sites understaffed Expect you to be on call 24/7 If its your day off demand you come in even if already out busy. In adequate training Contact you even when you are abroad. Pay does not go up with minimum wage so as a manager you are only on pence more than assistants. Pile more and more work on you. Lack of communication Lack of support
