      Good company to work for loads of opportunities to excel in big contracts all over the place from army base

      Really good communication skills always let you know when an opportunity comes up from the ashes to ibrox stadium lots

      Cons

      Took about a year to get a wage rise as I was doing a job that I was qualified for but was not getting the right wage for it so I asked and waited and waited finally got it through perseverance

      good chefs bad management

      chefs were a laugh and treated unfairly (lower ones)

      supervisor was quite bad really

      Pros

      You get £4 a day allowance for lunch. However, the food cooked in the canteen is vile.

      Cons

      Long working hours. Shortage of staff. No support from higher management. Work with Elior and you will be treated like a 3 year old. Lunch breaks that last maximum 10mins. Training is non-existent. Health and safety is taken to a whole new level.
