You are set for life if you are close to the executives or from their mother company headquarter in Spain.

Cons

The offer the lowest salary in the industry for what they ask you to do. There is no career path unless you know someone in higher up management. They keep adding to your plate, give you empty promises for the new year but never actually keep them.
