No one tell you you did a good job. Only when you do bad things its a pity last years the managers are forgeting about the ppl that give all in their hands for the company...

The teams are usually formed by young people makes for a very pleasant working environment. Flexible hours.

Cons

Heads never tell the truth to the employee and wage increases are never good (if any ..) even if you met your goals
