      Edenred is a company that really behaves and act fully in line with its values and mission, in an innovative environmment, where initiatives are fostered having the right to fail. They push for growth, forcing us to give the better, all the time.

      Cons

      After several years in small start ups, I joined a large corporation, which is obviously more heavy to move, where you cannot know anybody, but that offers you some more confort, stability and professionalized environment

      It's time to replace some online meetings with face-to-face meetings. Middle management can travel more and meet people in the highest positions.
