Pros
Edenred Japan is just a start-up phase under 50 staff. We are under re-launch mode after almost 40 yrs business in Japan. HQ allows us locale autonomy so we can try a lot of new marketing methods adjusting Japanese customers. I appreciate current environment and Edenred Japan must grow in tremendous scale.
Cons
The culture is mix of traditional Japanese company culture (Value customers and so on) and global tech company culture (Fast paced culture and so on). So, some will find difficulites to adjust the company culture, I think.
