Pros

- Great local leadership - Travel to France for workshops (although, I heard they are going to stop this due to budget)

Cons

- Terrible leadership at Group level (at eQ, France, especially GEC members) - When deliverables need to be completed, treats employees well, once deliverable is done, then employees are left to fend for themselves / let go - Treats employees like resources instead of people, yet have the audacity to run a bootcamp titled 'Dream Team', spending $$$

Modern Benefits, Traditional Leadership Problems

Pros

• The benefits are truly strong, especially anything coming through Reward Gateway. • The RG team brought modern thinking and a level of competence that stood out.

Cons

Constant leadership shakeups led to cuts that hit the RG side hard and created long-term instability. • Promotions often felt tied to who navigated internal politics best rather than who was actually performing. • There was a very obvious push from leadership for employees to leave Glassdoor reviews, and it didn’t feel natural or voluntary. • Direction from management was inconsistent, unclear, and frequently changed without warning. • I often felt unsupported by my direct leadership and left to figure things out alone. • Compensation was below market, and the reasoning behind who received raises seemed unclear.
