I've had the pleasure of working at Edenred (Edenred Poland) for the past three years as a Content and now Communications Manager. This diversity keeps my role fresh and allows me to continuously develop my skills in new areas. The support from leadership is exceptional. My director are not only approachable but also invested in my growth by providing guidance when needed and encourage me to take ownership and to propose new idea - out of the box. Some of them we test, what boosted my confidence and professionals skills. What is also extremely important that is company truly dedicated to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues demonstrating authentic engagement through meaningful actions and initiatives.
