      Clear structure of company says what is your role in the machine. Nice place and offices,benefits.

      I have spent in the company almost 2,5 yeark and I have noticed one thing. Thru the entire company gosiping and jeallousy is the main characteristic of the atmosphere there. There is a lot of space for inprovement,but I can also see,how much all the people are binded by rules and orders and I do not see any will for new wind or changes. In such a big company it is hard. Good for a while,but ambitious people should not expect many options for growth.
