The people are very nice across the departments

Cons

Extremely autocratic. Rules are put in place without consulting wider business e.g. you lose your bonus if you don't complete training!? So all the days of working hard goes out of the window. Leadership especially HR Director for the London Prepay Technologies Ltd absolutely shocking does whatever, implements things on a whim! Rude with no people skills. Staff are over worked and senior leadership are protected by a strict hierarchy - do not speak, they are too important.
