Pros

Ok pay, worked with a team of very professional and proficient engineers. Location in Boston was an interesting building. Commuter & meal benefits covered some travel and some meals while in office. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Mandatory minimum in-office hybrid policy. Very poor managerial communication. Poor project management. Poor business unit management. No real wage increase year over year, and not a particularly competitive wage for the Boston area. Company is managed from France, and it's very clear that the corporate layer overseas is disconnected from & uninterested in its US employees. Prone to unexpected whole-department layoffs.

Pros

they had an amazing Remittance Product which would have taken over the market.

Cons

Insecure Department Heads, they were so insecure of some one joining the company. Absolute to sabotaging colleagues just they did not care about the company and cared only about their own Job security.
