Fast growing however its structure do not follow same pace

Great service management team. Most are willing to support you. Overall, great working environment.

Cons

If you work for UK operations, the compensation is poor. It's hard to understand how a company that the core business is employee benefits do not reflect its business to its own employees. Furthermore, the company wants to be tagged as "fintech" but there is no tech structure - projects are badly managed and there is no robust operations structure to support the business.
