Good tech company to work for. Good values and dream team practices which I liked the most. At the group level I can see good practices and employee friendly policies.

Cons

At BU level we can see micromanagement. No 360 degree feedback mechanism to gather the feedback about individuals, although they have generic surveys to collect the feedback about the company. No mature processes.
