Pros

I worked alongside some great, hard-working colleagues.

Cons

A lack of entreprenerurship and the ability to grow with the times from top level management trickled down to all departments. Directors were too busy figuring out how to save money, rather than trying to do what was best for their employees and for the company as a whole. I was severely underpaid and had to push my wight around to attempt to progress professionally. In the end i know my resignation was definitely their loss rather than mine.
