      Pros

      1. Have a lot of learning opportunities 2. Have free room to make decisions and try out things. 3. Indirect benefits are slightly better than average.

      Cons

      1. Lack structured training and development. 2. Lack strategic alignment between HQ and countries and business units. 3. Direct remuneration below market rate.

      Pros

      Great people, great environment, pretty good benefits, lot of work, but if you like what you do, is pretty rewarding (not related to money), some good superiors there, who appreciate people.

      Cons

      Hard vertical market to sell in, little room for career advancement, if you don't negotiate your salary at the beggining, then do not have high hopes for raising it over the years. That's why I gave only 4 stars.
