Friendly office atmosphere; Quit supportive management team; Value good things even in China, so work right is well considered.

Cons

There's high target pressure. Salary is not among most competitive firms.

Cons

Absence of recognition from managers, low pay, very few additional beneftis, no flexibility in working hours (no teleworking), minimum vacation, overtime work with no additional pay

A friendly outgoing firm with plenty of opportunities to celebrate the success of the company. Decent pay situated in London with good company bonus benefits.
