Management team values talents - truly caring, willing to arrange rotations when asked. Very good work life balance - office empty before 19:00. Relatively small size team, thus easily recognized when doing things right or have special talent.

Cons

Relatively small team, promotion was quite slow because you gotta wait for a vacant position, which rarely happens because people stay here for a long time.

Doesn't micromanage, allow staffs to come to work late, medical coverage

Have to OT without OT pay every single day, people and people relationship are bad, backstabbing and gossiping everywhere. Jealousy everywhere.
