As someone straight out of university, with a desire to learn, working at Edenred was a great experience because there is a lot of innovation and work to do. We were encouraged to think outside the box and had fun at work, all while maintaining strict responsibilities.

Cons

As Edenred is a very large corporation, sometimes you could feel the burden of corporate bureaucracy.

Good bunch of people and realistic targets from a sales angle.

Cons

The systems were outdated, made your job harder than it needed to be and while my direct team was great to work with, there are pockets in the business of people that don't fit the culture.
