Free food and celebration during special occasions like Xmas and new year

Cons

Limited career growth. Doesn’t reward based on performance. Micromanage way too much. System and technology too old. Underperforming staffs everywhere but management seem to turn a blind eye. Pay is rather pathetic compared to outside market.

I've been working at ECBS for 3 years, and in that time have seen many positive changes in the company. I am always challenged and have had the opportunity to learn new skills. ECBS offers a very generous health insurance and benefits package. Quarterly company sponsored events and a great work culture. A wonderful group of people to work with.

Cons

Not always enough staff to cover all of the work.
